For over two decades we have conducted full scale vulnerability assessments, security surveys, comprehensive reviews, walkthroughs, capability reviews, and security audits across all sectors. Our vulnerability assessment process is a resiliency-based, full-spectrum approach encompassing an “all threats – all hazards” methodology.  This methodology incorporates vulnerability assessment techniques consistent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, Department of Defense, Department of Transportation, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, U.S. Department of Education, and ASIS International.

Our vulnerability assessment process incorporates physical, cyber, and personnel security as well as every aspect of preparedness-emergency planning, critical incident response, and business continuity.  Our approach is risk-focused and preparedness-oriented, it’s the culmination of 10 years of research with national labs and numerous security regulatory bodies.  Our combination of stakeholder interviews, document reviews, and expert on scene site analysis identify low-cost/no-cost solutions as well gaps in policies and procedures.
